The Training & Development Trainer is responsible for delivery of educational training on a range of curricula. Equipping our employees with the product knowledge, systems knowledge, soft skills and motivation to carry out daily tasks and succeed in their role. Essentially, the trainer is to educate new and existing employees on how to effectively perform their jobs.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver group and individual training to employees in a variety of instructional methods in areas ranging from products to procedures & policies.
  • Work closely with Training Team & Manager remotely.
  • May lead, guide, and train staff, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work.
  • Assist in evaluating and assessing effectiveness of training and development programs utilizing relevant evaluation data, to recommend changes.
  • Conduct employee evaluations & recommend corrective and preventative actions.
  • Coordinates and/or performs administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

  • Well-developed organizational and coordination skills.
  • A professional and friendly interpersonal manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Open to travel
