The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for learning and supporting Greenlane’s Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and oral communication skills, creativity and a desire to learn. We are searching for candidates with the ability to use common sense to provide an effective solution to problems, as well as the drive to work in a fast-paced company. A successful individual will be highly motivated, proactive, team-oriented and precise in their daily activities, adhering to aggressive deadlines with the ability to prioritize competing business needs.Travel throughout the year will be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the development, as well as implement, marketing and advertising campaigns targeting decision makers at head shops, smoke shops and dispensaries
  • Manage promotional & point-of-purchase inventory across all warehouses
  • Obtain and synthesize provided product and customer data
  • Make recommendations for new reporting and retailer activation tactics
  • Able to oversee & execute a multitude of projects, of all sizes
  • Communicate among various departments in order to complete projects
  • Coordinate required assets for trade media planning (print & digital)
  • Support new product onboarding & ensure all necessary tactics are successfully executed
  • Maintain an understanding and an overview of key manufacturer sales data
  • Be the keeper of product information & data-points
  • Help ensure advertising deadlines are met
  • Aid in the development and execution of standard operating procedures
  • Maintain segmented databases for targeted communication

Requirements:

  • Able to oversee multiple projects, tasks, and open to quickly shifting priorities

Preferences:

  • General understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
  • Can contribute intelligent thought to a hard-working team dedicated to developing SOP’s in an exciting new industry
  • Has a willingness to learn the ins-and-outs of a top-notch customer relationship management (CRM) platform
  • Understands both quantitative and qualitative tactics
  • Someone comfortable discussing and leading inter-departmental projects
  • General understanding of graphic design and printing
  • Marketing agency experience
