Talent Acquisition Manager

We’re currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The TAM will identify and match talent with current organizational openings while developing a pipeline of proactive candidates. They will support all departments in the full-cycle recruitment process.  Applicants must have Executive level recruitment experience including C Level recruiting. 


  • Manage internal and external job postings
  • Sourcing for Executive and C Level candidates through various platforms
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for potential and current opportunities
  • Perform skills evaluations, background checks, and employment verification
  • Prepare offer letters and other recruiting correspondence as needed, ensuring information is complete, accurate and clear
  • Track recruiting activities and provide status reports as requested
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of job fairs and similar events
  • Manage new hire process, including on-boarding and orientation
  • Responsible for ensuring all hire paperwork is submitted to payroll in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate professionalism and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Highly focused on job priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Excellent communications and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation


  • 5-7 years’ experience in recruiting
  • 3-5 years' experience Executive and C level direct recruiting experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
  • Great interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Ability to work well both with a team and independently
  • Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices
