The role of the Network Administrator is to help maintain, improve and set up new facilities while managing the help desk side.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintain 5 VMWARE servers in 3 locations
  • Maintain/improve 7 firewalls in 7 different locations. Cisco ASA or SonicWall or Untangle
  • Maintain 7 IPSEC tunnels
  • Configure Cisco switches
  • Configure and maintain Windows server 2016
  • Manage 3+ help desk agents
  • Keep track of our inventory
  • Maintain antivirus and PC management software
  • Experience setting up and maintaining/replicating QNAP, Synology or similar enterprise systems
  • Manage 10+ camera systems
  • Manage our email services
  • Manage WIFI for 10+ locations
  • Configuring and maintaining VOIP system for 10+ companies
  • Sourcing out contractors for new facilities build-outs
  • Setting up VLANS

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years as a Network Administrator
  • Supported 100+ users
  • Supported more than 2 facilities
  • Supervised 3+ employees
  • GAPPS experience or similar email services
  • Strong with VMWARE
  • Experience with Veeam
  • Strong Cisco switches/router configurations and deployments
  • Strong Windows server background. Active Directory and Group Policies
