Accounts Receivable/Tobacco Tax Specialist

We are currently seeking to fill an Accounts Receivable and Tobacco Tax position with someone who is experienced and self-driven to work with the Finance Team

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer payments
  • Maintain G/L Accounts
  • Manage customer’s accounts
  • Report to management
  • Data Management
  • Prepare state and local tobacco tax

Skills / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Accounts Receivable experience (2 years min)
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to be adaptable to various competing demands while demonstrating the highest level of service and response.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
