The Junior Information Administrator is responsible for handling day-to-day information technology (IT) operations. They assist the Technical Project Manager with providing systems support for end users. This individual takes on the responsibility of creating & supplying reports to below C-Level end users, updating dashboards, performing QA tasks, mass updating / uploading information in NetSuite, updating NetSuite record types when necessary and managing users’ roles and permissions.

The position of Junior Information Administrator acts as the first gatekeeper of information in the system and reports directly to the Technical Project Manager. Other main functions include providing training for teams in other departments, answering system questions as needed and completing administrative tasks when required. This role is part of the IT team and provides technical support across all areas when needed by following standard company procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide reports to below C-Level end users through the IT ticket system within a reasonable time frame
  • Update users Dashboards as needed
  • Perform QA tasks for Promotional Framework Scripts
  • Assist in QA tasks for the Technical Project Manager
  • Updating records in NetSuite
  • Mass uploading and updating information in NetSuite
  • Manage user roles and permissions
  • Assisting the IT team with implementation and acquisition tasks
  • Take training courses pertaining to NetSuite and other areas as necessary
  • Host training courses to other departments / users as needed pertaining to NetSuite
  • Other duties as assigned by manager or designee.

Requirements:

  • Experience using/creating NetSuite Reports and Searches
  • Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite CSV imports
  • Communication Skills
  • Time Management & Organizational Skills
  • Experience working in a team setting
  • Basic understanding of NetSuite Permissions and Roles
