Account Reconciliation Specialist

We are looking for an Account Reconciliation Specialist to properly record receipts to cash and credit card accounts for the company in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Review receipts from various portals
  • Verify downloads from portals match with month-end bank statements
  • Research and follow through with any discrepancies
  • Propose deposits
  • Propose customer refunds
  • Assist with month-end bank reconciliations
  • Responsible to provide suggestions to improve processes
  • Fulfill appropriate request from management

Requirements:

  • Well organized
  • Able to handle high volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate professionally
  • Must be accurate and have analytical skills
  • Basic understanding on how receipts and refunds effect customer accounts
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Experience working with mid-level to large ERP systems
